How to use essential oils blends:
Diffuser/Oil Burner: 5-10 drops | Massage: 5 drops to 10ml of carrier oil
Bath: 12-20 drops to 10ml of carrier oil | Shower: 5 drops
| Add to your favourite lotion 5 drops/20mls | Inhalation: 5 drops on a tissue
Do NOT apply oil blends directly to your skin and do NOT ingest.
Each 15ml blend is packaged in cobalt blue or amber glass bottles.
