Germaphobe - Cold & Flu

I created this blend primarily for the cold and flu season, which is definitely not my favourite time of the year.  This blend contains essential oils known for their medicinal and therapeutic properties, helping to purify the air around you, and increasing feelings of clarity and rejuvenation.
 
Eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils are both beneficial for clearing your sinuses, with peppermint especially alleviative for headaches, particularly sinus related headaches.  Thyme is an expectorant, which helps to get all that gunk off your chest.  Tea-Tree has long been used for its anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-microbial, antiseptic (all the anti's!) and healing properties.  Like thyme, it is also an expectorant.  Neroli is also an antiseptic, helping to kill bacteria.  It's calming and relaxing, and also helps to reduce headaches.
